  • Help - I can't add items to my cart?

Some browsers seem to have trouble occasionally with some site features. It helps to delete cookies, temporary files or try a different browser. If the problem persists, you can always send us the item name and model number and we can send you a paypal invoice for the total amount.

  • "Do you have X-Y-Z stones? Can you show me photos?"

I can tell you if I have the stones, but I do not supply photos on request as it is much too time-consuming to help my customers pick through them via photos and electronic exchanges. To get an idea of what I might have, please look through my current stock . There are lots of design photos there to give you a good idea about my work.

  • How much do you charge for shipping? 
Nothing.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

We speak English and German (wir sprechen englisch und deutsch).

We offer free international shipping.

  • Do you accept credit cards directly?

No, unfortunately we are not in a position to accept credit cards directly at this stage.

  • Do you have a shop I can visit?

We are an online store only and not set up for visits. Please contact us with any of your concerns.

  • What happens if something gets lost in the mail?

Please contact me if your parcel hasn't arrived within 4 weeks (Australia) or 6 weeks (internationally). At WJ Handmade Jewelry, we make sure that you are happy with every transaction.

  • My parcel arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you are within Australia, you have to claim that your received a damaged article at your local post office. Please keep the parcel as it is and take it with you for your claim. 

If you are outside of Australia, I will have to claim if you have received a damaged article. Please take a photo of the item and send it to me.

  • What happens if an item breaks?

Please contact us. We can repair/refurbish most items. Please keep in mind that most handcrafted items are best treated with care.

  • Do you guarantee your items?

We certainly do. They are guaranteed to be as described, or you will get your full money back. We disclose all information about materials we received from our suppliers.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we do. All items are delivered wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza gift bag. This is included in the item price. You can also add a gift card to your order and have it directly delivered to the gift recipient. To see the listing for this service, please click here:

  • Do you offer layby/lay away?

Yes, we do offer layby for items over $ 100. Terms are 40% non refundable deposit. 30% within the following 2 weeks and the last 30% within 1 month after the first payment. If these options don't suit you, please contact us.

  • Do you make custom items?

Yes, we love working with our clients to create their dream piece of jewelry. Our conditions are found here: Custom Order Terms and Conditions.

  • Do you offer wholesale prices?

My prices are not 'genuine' retail prices as I don't mark up for costs like shop rent, wages etc. To be able to offer a 50% discount for wholesale customers, I would have to raise all prices considerably first. For genuine wholesale customers, I can offer discounts dependent on quantity purchased. Please contact me.

  • Do you donate jewelry for special causes?

Yes, we sometimes do. Contact us with a description of your cause and some links to respective info pages.

  • I don't know what to get as a present, can I ask you for a recommendation?

Yes, definitely. It's one of our specialties, finding the perfect present. We also offer gift certificates.

  • I need to get something urgently, can you help with that?

We are super fast, answering all emails. Custom orders only take a day or two and we offer an upgrade to express post.

  • My bracelet doesn't fit, can I return it?

Yes. We have our return policies listed here: return policies.

  • Can I combine orders from your different shops?

You certainly can. I can send you a final paypal invoice or refund any excessive postage. You will only pay postage according to the weight and size of your order (including the additional service fees for paypal, post office and packing material).
